CFB Borden is the birthplace of the Royal Canadian Air Force and remains the CAF's largest training centre. Located about 90 km north of Toronto, the base trains thousands of military personnel each year across all elements. It is home to the Canadian Forces School of Administration and Logistics, the Canadian Forces Health Services Training Centre, and numerous other training establishments.
