Close to Lansdowne campus. Walkable, urban amenities. 5-10 minute bike or bus.
Saanich (Quadra / Gordon Head)
Close to Interurban campus. Family-friendly, good schools. 5-10 minute commute.
Oak Bay
Near Lansdowne campus. Upscale, ocean views, excellent schools. 10-15 minute commute.
Langford
Best value. 25-30 minute commute to either campus. Newer homes and growing amenities.
Average Commute
Lansdowne campus is located at 3100 Foul Bay Road in Victoria. Interurban campus is at 4461 Interurban Road in Saanich. Commute times vary: from Saanich to Interurban: 10 minutes; from Victoria to Lansdowne: 10 minutes; from Langford to either campus: 25-30 minutes. Both campuses are well served by BC Transit.
Housing Prices
Near Lansdowne campus, housing ranges from $450,000 for condos to $1.3M+ for character homes. Near Interurban campus in Saanich, expect $750,000-$1M for single-family homes. Langford and View Royal offer more affordable options.
