Housing options vary by neighbourhood and budget. Condos and townhomes are available from $400,000. Single-family homes range from $750,000 to $1.3M+. Buying Process

The home-buying process in Victoria is similar to other Canadian provinces: get pre-approved, find a property, make an offer with conditions, complete inspections, and close. Andrew and his team guide you through every step. For first-time buyers, the BC government offers a First Time Home Buyers' Program that reduces or eliminates property transfer tax on homes under $500,000.
